We are looking for a friendly and energetic Telecaller to help job seekers throughout their hiring journey.
Your role is to speak with candidates, answer their queries, coordinate interviews, and ensure they successfully join their jobs.
Responsibilities Call job seekers to understand their requirements. Receive inbound calls and answer candidate queries. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and employers. Follow up with candidates until they join. Update candidate information in Excel/CRM. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth hiring. Maintain qualified and courteous communication at all times.
