- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and client interactions using the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads, track progress, and report outcomes to ensure effective outreach for Scoresoftlabs.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets to contribute to Scoresoftlabs’ overall goals.




- Provide feedback on client interactions and market trends to improve Scoresoftlabs’ strategies.

Requirements

- Fluent in Telugu with strong communication skills.
- Any Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients effectively for Scoresoftlabs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage part-time hours effectively.
