We are looking for enthusiastic Freshers and Experienced Candidates to join our team as Telecallers Roles & Responsibilities

Contact prospective students and parents through outbound calls.

Explain study abroad opportunities, university programs, and consultancy services.

Understand student requirements and provide relevant information.

Generate and qualify student leads for the counselling team.

Schedule appointments and follow-ups for counselling sessions.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM/Excel.

Follow up with students regarding applications and documentation.

Address basic student queries related to admissions and study-abroad processes.

Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Coordinate with counsellors and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student experience.





Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Telugu.

Ability to explain information clearly and confidently.

Good listening and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Eligibility

Freshers

Any Bachelor's Degree.

Strong communication skills and eagerness to build a career in the education industry.

Experienced Candidates

Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Student Counselling, Sales, Educational Consultancy, or related fields will be an added advantage.
