The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare daily call and sales reports.
Requirements - Minimum Higher Secondary or Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Previous experience in telesales or telecalling is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
