Follow-ups stay tight. Monthly targets get hit. No excuses. Marathi, and Hindi both have to flow natural on calls. Confidence on the phone is non-negotiable. Basic computer skills are required. Telesales experience gives you an edge but real hustle and energy can get a fresher through the door too.
Full time office role only. Basic spoken skill in english will preferable.
