- Domestic BPO Telecaller (Inbound & Outbound Calling)

- Responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a domestic BPO process.

- Communicate with customers professionally and provide necessary support.

- Handle customer queries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain proper call handling standards and follow company guidelines.

- Candidates with basic computer knowledge and valuable communication skills are preferred.

Eligibility

Education:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
