Role Description The Telecaller Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, the team member will make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, explain Apnaaapan’s digital marketing services, and generate leads or appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities include maintaining call logs and records in CRM or spreadsheets, following up on inquiries, and ensuring prompt responses to client questions.

The Telecaller

Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, meet daily and weekly calling targets, and provide feedback on client needs and market trends.



The role also involves maintaining a professional and courteous communication style and representing Apnaaapan positively in all interactions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and polite telephone etiquette.

Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to handle queries, resolve basic issues, and maintain client trust.

Candidates should possess basic sales and lead-generation skills, such as persuasive speaking, objection handling, and follow-up discipline.

Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining call records, updating CRM or spreadsheets, and managing daily call schedules.

Candidates should possess fundamental computer literacy, including familiarity with office productivity tools and comfort working with online platforms.

Prior experience as a telecaller, customer support representative, or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work in office in Jaipur, meet call volume and performance targets, and collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams.

Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
