Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive (Inside Sales)

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Work from Office)

Salary:₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience & communication skills) + Attractive Performance Incentives

: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Customer Support Executive who can handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, follow up with customers, and coordinate with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads.
- Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
- Explain Trendydice products and services professionally.
- Generate qualified sales appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order updates.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent support.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can also apply).
- Excellent Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Good persuasion and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM is an advantage.

Preferred Candidates:

- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or BPO.

Working Days & Timings: Monday – Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
