We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence while speaking with customers, and the ability to handle calls professionally.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls.
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
- Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain customer details and call records in MS Excel.
- Update daily call reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Achieve assigned calling targets and performance goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Customer handling skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling customer calls.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
