We are looking for highly motivated and performance-driven Tele Sales Executives with a proven track record in Motor and Health Insurance sales. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in outbound sales, lead conversion, revenue generation, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements

- Proven experience in high-volume outbound tele sales with an excellent conversion ratio.
- Mandatory experience in Motor Insurance and Health Insurance tele sales.
- Strong background in pure sales, including:

- Revenue generation

- Lead conversion
- Cross-selling and upselling
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales over calls.




- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

- Outstanding communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Good understanding of Motor and Health Insurance products.
