We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Marketing Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team by converting inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

- Introduce company products and services professionally.

- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

- Follow up with existing and potential customers.

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/Excel records.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.

- Ensure customer data confidentiality.

Required Skills





- Excellent communication skills in Bengali.

- Basic communication in Hindi and English is preferred.

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Email.

- Ability to handle customer objections.

- Good listening and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Daily outbound calls completed.

- Qualified leads generated.

- Appointments scheduled.

- Lead conversion ratio.

- Customer follow-up completion.

- Monthly sales target achievement.

- CRM/data accuracy.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
