Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Executive to generate leads through cold calling and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a convincing attitude, and the ability to convert prospects into qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make cold calls and outbound calls to generate qualified leads.
- Promote our software products: TruHR (HRMS), CRM, ERP, Payroll, Attendance, Visitor Management, and FAME.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule product demos for the Sales team.
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain lead details in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure successful lead conversion.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and convincing skills.




- Experience in Cold Calling, Outbound Calling, and Lead Generation.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/software products is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM).

Qualifications

- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, B.Sc., MBA, or equivalent).
- Experience: Freshers to 2 Years.
- Experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or Customer Support is preferred.
