The organisation works across education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, WASH, livelihood, climate resilience, and other social development initiatives to create sustainable impact.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with potential donors across India and support our fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build meaningful conversations over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential donors across India.
- Promote solar projects and initiatives to encourage individual donations.
- Explain the organization's campaigns clearly and professionally while addressing donor queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, donor interactions, and schedule follow-ups.
- Schedule and conduct timely follow-ups with prospective donors.
- Achieve daily and monthly outreach and conversion targets.




- Ensure a positive donor experience by maintaining professional and courteous communication.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali (additional regional languages are an advantage).
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. (BBA, B.COM , BA, B.SC, BCA,) or any other relevant field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
