Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and service reminders.
- Schedule showroom visits and test rides.
- Explain vehicle models, offers, finance options, and exchange benefits.
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer appointments.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Tamil; basic English is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
