Job Summary

Madhu Infotech India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, promoting the companys IT products and services, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and maintaining robust customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

- Introduce and explain Madhu Infotechs IT products, solutions, and services.

- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, product inquiries, and ongoing sales opportunities.

- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in CRM/ERP.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-ups.





- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.

- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotional offers.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (PUC with relevant experience may also apply).

- 0-2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
