Job Summary

Ernakulam based Gate Automation company is seeking a energetic and results-driven Tele Caller Executive with strong communication skills in Hindi to manage outbound and inbound customer calls, generate leads, and support our sales team.

This role involves reaching out to prospective clients, explaining our security and automation product offerings (such as CCTV systems, automatic gates, and access control systems), answering customer queries, and scheduling appointments or follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective leads, follow up on marketing inquiries, and handle inbound customer calls efficiently.
- Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently in Hindi (along with basic English or local language) to pitch products, understand customer requirements, and build rapport.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify prospective customers, assess their interest in home/commercial automation products, and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Product Communication: Clearly explain product features, specifications, and advantages to potential clients.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book consultations, site visits, or direct meetings for the field sales team.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain daily logs of calls, update lead statuses,



and record customer feedback accurately in the CRM/database.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or Inside Sales Representative. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Language Skills: Mandatory proficiency in spoken Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Education: High School Diploma / PUC / Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Confident and persuasive phone etiquette.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet browsing, and CRM tools).
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment, whether working from the office or remotely from home.
