Position

Hospital Telecaller Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the hospital's healthcare services and health packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic staff, blood collectors, ambulance providers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, investigations, and healthcare services.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate call records and daily reports.
- Support patient engagement and business development initiatives.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.




- Customer-focused with a pleasant and skilled attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

Eligibility

- Higher Secondary (10+2) or above.
- 1–2 years' experience in telecalling, customer service, hospital, healthcare, or a similar field.
- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of English will be an added advantage.

Salary ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance).
