Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads in the real estate sector.
- Provide information about properties, market trends, and services offered.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
