Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based at Centre for Aesthetics in Gurugram.

The Tele

Caller will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries about services, appointments, and basic treatment information.

Responsibilities include explaining clinic offerings, confirming and rescheduling appointments, maintaining call logs and client records, and following up with prospective and existing clients to ensure a positive experience. The role also involves coordinating with the front desk and clinical staff, sharing accurate information, and adhering to communication scripts and guidelines.

Caller is expected to maintain professionalism, uphold confidentiality, and contribute to a welcoming and supportive client experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.

Candidates should possess customer service and client relationship skills, including empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.

Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills, including familiarity with call logs, CRM tools, or appointment scheduling systems.

Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and daily targets efficiently.

Candidates should possess proficiency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).

Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or front-office roles in healthcare, wellness, or beauty services is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with clinic staff.

Minimum high school education; a diploma or degree in any field is an advantage.
