Job Title: CRM Executive (Telecalling Collection) Location: Tirupati Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Telecalling / Collections Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹14,500 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments. Follow up with customers and ensure timely collections. Negotiate repayment plans as per company guidelines.

Update customer interactions and payment details in the CRM system. Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate resolutions. Achieve daily and monthly collection targets. Maintain high standards of customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

CriteriaMinimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Collections,



Recovery, Customer Support, or BPO. Candidates with DRA certification will be preferred. Positive communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Language Requirement

Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam language proficiency is an added advantage.
