Location: Bengaluru Experience: 5+ Years Role Overview We are seeking for Technology Engineer – Redis to design, implement, and manage enterprise Redis platforms supporting high-performance, real-time applications. The role focuses on platform administration, performance optimization, disaster recovery, security, and operational excellence across cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities Redis Platform Engineering Design, deploy, and administer Redis environments for enterprise applications.

Manage Redis clusters to ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience.

Configure replication, failover, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.

Optimize Redis performance for caching, messaging, and real-time workloads.

Platform Operations

Perform capacity planning, monitoring, tuning, patch management, and troubleshooting.

Implement automation to simplify platform administration and operational tasks.

Support cloud-native and on-premises Redis deployments.





Maintain compliance with enterprise security and governance standards. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams.

Drive platform governance and best practices.

Support production incidents and ensure platform reliability.

Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
