Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience, where the role is predominantly technical (70%) with a good understanding of functional business processes (30%). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion technical development, enhancements, integrations, reporting, data migration, and customizations, along with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Build and support REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle Fusion integrations.
- Perform data migration using HDL, FBDI, and other Oracle data load utilities.
- Develop and support Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and custom technical solutions.
- Develop enhancements, customizations, and change requests based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain custom extensions using Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS), where applicable.
- Write effective SQL and PL/SQL queries, packages, and scripts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize integrations, and support production incidents.
- Support Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, regression testing, and production deployments.
- Prepare technical design, enhancement, and deployment documentation.

Functional Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.




- Work with functional consultants to understand Oracle Fusion business processes.
- Assist in solution design, configuration validation, and enhancement analysis.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live support.
- Perform functional impact analysis for enhancements and issue resolution.
- Prepare user documentation and provide end-user support.

- Oracle Fusion ERP
- Oracle Fusion SCM

Preferred Experience :

- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion technical development, enhancements, and integrations.
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation as well as enhancement/support projects.
- Hands-on experience in developing custom enhancements, interfaces, reports, and extensions.
- Experience supporting production environments and Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
- Experience working with AWS cloud environments and cloud-based integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
