Role Description The Technical Writer at Lima.ai will create clear, accurate, and user-centric documentation for the company’s data transformation platform and BI solutions. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves developing product guides, API documentation, release notes, and configuration manuals in collaboration with engineering, product, and support teams.

The role includes translating complex technical concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences, organizing documentation structures, and maintaining version control across multiple deliverables.

The Technical





Writer will review and update existing materials, gather feedback from stakeholders, and ensure consistency in terminology, formatting, and style. This role also contributes to internal knowledge bases and training materials to support customer success and internal teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Technical Writing and Technical Communication to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Candidates should possess experience in Technical Documentation and Documentation management, including organizing, structuring, and maintaining content libraries.
- Candidates should possess expertise in creating Manuals and product guides that support users, administrators, and developers.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles, APIs, and data or analytics platforms is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (such as Markdown, HTML, Confluence, or similar platforms) and version control systems is preferred.
- Excellent written English, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams are required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering( B.Tech/B.Sc), Technical Writing, or related field
