Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain technical documents, user guides, manuals, and SOPs.

- Develop API documentation, installation guides, and configuration documents.

- Translate complex technical concepts into transparent and concise content.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and support teams to gather technical information.

- Prepare release notes, FAQs, training materials, and knowledge base articles.

- Review, edit, and update existing documentation for accuracy and consistency.

- Ensure documentation follows company standards and style guides.

- Manage document version control and maintain documentation repositories.

- Create diagrams, flowcharts, screenshots, and visual aids where required.

- Support product launches with comprehensive technical documentation.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Technical Writer)

- Define documentation strategies and style guidelines.





- Mentor junior technical writers.

- Lead documentation projects across multiple products.

- Improve documentation processes and content management systems.

- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
