Role Description This is a temporary, remote role for a Technical Trainer specializing in C++ and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).

The Technical

Trainer will design and deliver structured online training sessions, workshops, and assignments focused on core C++ concepts, object-oriented programming, and fundamental to advanced DSA topics.

Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, coding exercises, assessments, and projects that align with industry expectations and HopingMinds’ curriculum. The trainer will guide students through problem-solving techniques, code reviews, and best practices,



while providing constructive feedback and mentoring to help learners become job-ready. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to continuously refine content based on learner performance and evolving industry trends.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Technical Training and Technical Trainers experience, ideally focused on C++ and Data Structures & Algorithms.

Candidates should possess Training and Development skills, including curriculum design, session planning, and learner assessment.

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Training skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engage diverse learner groups.

Candidates should possess advanced knowledge of C++, DSA, problem-solving, and coding best practices, with prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience delivering remote or online training using digital platforms and tools.

Ability to create practical, industry-relevant assignments and support learners in interview and placement preparation.

Robust analytical and organizational skills, with a learner-centric, inclusive approach to training.
