Technical Trainer – Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

Location: Kerala & Mangalore (Travel Required)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance About the Role iSkew Learning is looking for Technical Trainers in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) to train engineering students for campus placements at premier institutions. We are seeking professionals who can simplify complex concepts, inspire students, and prepare them for technical interviews and coding assessments.

Industry professionals looking for part-time or weekend training opportunities are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led training in Data Structures & Algorithms.

Teach programming using Python, Java, and C++.

Train students for coding rounds of leading product and service-based companies.

Conduct live coding sessions, coding contests, mock interviews, and doubt-clearing sessions.

Mentor students on problem-solving techniques, algorithm optimisation, and coding best practices.

Evaluate student performance and provide continuous feedback.

Travel to engineering colleges across Kerala and Mangalore to deliver training programs.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.

Proficiency in Python, Java, and C++.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong command of English communication with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.





Hands-on experience with LeetCode and HackerRank.

Ability to teach coding from fundamentals to advanced interview-level concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience in technical training, software development, or mentoring.

Experience preparing students for campus placements at companies such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, etc.

Active participation in competitive programming is an added advantage.
