Role Description The Technical Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rasipuram. This role focuses on planning, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs for students and early-career professionals in areas such as web development, mobile applications, and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing curricula and training materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing individual mentoring and support.

The Technical

Trainer will collaborate with the training and development team to improve course content, align training with industry needs, and support placement-focused initiatives. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge,



using appropriate training tools and methods, and contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications Demonstrated experience in roles such as Technical Trainer, with strong skills in Technical Training and Training & Development.

Ability to design and deliver structured Training programs, including lesson plans, hands-on exercises, and assessments.

Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and constructive feedback.

Solid understanding of relevant technical domains (e.g., web development, mobile apps, software fundamentals) and willingness to keep skills current.

Strong classroom management and learner engagement skills, with the ability to support diverse learning styles.

Proficiency with digital tools for training (e.g., learning management systems, online collaboration platforms, code editors).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Previous experience in academic training, corporate training, or coaching is highly beneficial.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple batches or courses.
