We're looking for our Technical Team Lead to help architect, build, and scale the next generation of AI-first enterprise solutions. - Smart Meeting Room & Collaboration Systems
- IoT Device Management Platforms
- Digital Signage & Enterprise CMS
- Android & Linux Embedded Applications
- Cloud SaaS & On-Premise Enterprise Platforms
- AI Agents, Automation & Intelligent Business Workflows What You'll Do
- Lead the architecture and development of modern, enterprise-grade web platforms
- Build scalable solutions using the Microsoft technology stack with an AI-first approach
- Design platforms that support both multi-tenant SaaS and enterprise On-Premise deployments
- Lead a lean engineering team comprising full-time, freelance, and project-based developers
- Establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
- Drive product architecture, technical decisions, and execution from concept to deployment
- Collaborate closely with product, business, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences What We're Looking For
✔ 3–5+ years of hands-on Full Stack development experience
✔ Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server,
REST APIs, and modern web architectures
✔ Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
✔ Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
✔ Understanding of scalable SaaS architecture and multi-tenant applications
✔ Exposure to AI technologies such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AI copilots, or intelligent automation is highly desirable
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
