Role Description The Technical Talent Sourcer at Everpure is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying technical talent across software engineering, data, and infrastructure roles. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing talent pipelines, conducting proactive research to map relevant talent markets, and using various sourcing tools and platforms to reach potential candidates. The role involves collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, crafting effective outreach messages, and maintaining accurate candidate data in hiring systems.

Sourcer will also support employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving sourcing strategies and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong technical sourcing capabilities, including experience identifying and engaging software engineers, data professionals, and infrastructure specialists.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and talent communities.
- Solid research and market mapping skills to understand talent pools, competitor landscapes, and relevant communities.
- Transparent and inclusive written and verbal communication skills for candidate outreach, screening, and collaboration with hiring teams.
- Experience working within an ATS or recruiting CRM, with attention to data accuracy and candidate experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in technical recruiting or sourcing within technology, SaaS, or data-focused companies is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
