Role Description The Technical Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. We are looking for a proactive, innovative, and tech-savvy Tech Specialist who is passionate about leveraging Artificial Intelligence to improve business efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern AI tools and a strong understanding of how AI can be integrated into content creation, marketing, operations, and editorial workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring emerging technologies, automating repetitive tasks, optimizing processes, and driving productivity through AI-powered solutions Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools to improve efficiency across departments, including Content, Design, Marketing, Editorial, and Operations.

Leverage AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Grammarly AI, and other emerging tools for content creation, editing, research,



and workflow optimization.

Streamline repetitive tasks by designing AI-powered workflows and automation processes.

Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to enhance content quality, productivity, and overall efficiency using AI solutions.

Research and stay up to date with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend relevant solutions for business needs.

Train and support internal teams on the effective adoption and best practices of AI tools.

Analyze the impact of AI implementation on productivity and recommend continuous process improvements.

Explore opportunities to integrate AI into existing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.

Test, evaluate, and recommend new AI tools and technologies that align with organizational goals.

Document AI workflows, best practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal use. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred).

Basic to good knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Grammarly AI, or similar platforms.

Interest in learning and exploring new AI technologies.

Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Basic understanding of automation tools is a plus A curious mindset with a willingness to experiment and improve processes using AI.
