About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team at TAG Chemicals. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, optimization, and implementation of chemical processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Proven experience in chemical process engineering, plant operations, or R&D; within the chemical industry is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of chemical safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality assurance processes.

Strong analytical skills, proficiency with process simulation software, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role. Additionally, familiarity with ISO standards and experience working in a regulated environment will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities Design, develop,

Participate in troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues promptly.

Implement process control strategies and automation systems to enhance productivity.

Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of raw materials.

Provide technical support and training to plant personnel and other stakeholders.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to chemical processing.
