Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and internal databases .
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary, compensation, and joining dates with selected candidates.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, documentation, background verification, and onboarding.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Update candidate information in the ATS/CRM and maintain recruitment reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and technical roles .
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and ATS .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
