Job Title - Technical Recruiter Global Hiring

Job Location - Perungudi, Chennai (Work from Office 5 Days)

Experience - 2 - 4 Years

Highbrow Technology is looking for a agile and energetic Senior Technical Recruiter to support our global recruitment projects across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate should have experience in both technical and non-technical hiring, possess excellent stakeholder management skills, and be comfortable working in rotational shifts based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for global hiring projects across multiple countries.
- Handle both Technical and Non-Technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal database, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Support short-term and high-volume hiring projects with quick turnaround time.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Build talent pipelines for niche and recurring skill requirements.

Mandatory Skills

- 34 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.




- Experience hiring across multiple countries (US, UK, Europe, APAC, or Middle East preferred).
- Strong experience in Technical and Non-Technical recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, respective job portals.
- Very Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Work Schedule

- Rotational shifts based on the countries being supported.
- Early morning and late evening shifts can be worked from home, based on business requirements.
- Flexibility to work on weekends based on project requirements. Weekly offs will be provided on weekdays as per the assigned shift schedule.
- Mandatory Work from Office ( Perungudi, Chennai) for regular business hours (5 days a week).
