Han Digital is looking for a Technical Recruiter with experience in hiring for the software product domain. This role requires expertise in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary discussions, and onboarding.
- Identify and engage top talent through job portals, internal databases, referrals, networking tools, and mass emails.
- Assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, technical skills, and job fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates.
- Effectively communicate with both internal hiring teams and candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Maintain and update a database of contacts, resumes, and recruitment insights.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for software product companies.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to proactively attract top candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
