Key Qualificati onsTechnical Requireme nts10–13 years of overall software industry experience, with at least 3–5 years in a dedicated Technical Project Manager or Engineering Lead ro le.Strong background in Python development (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI, or Python for Data/Backend service s).Sound understanding of relational/NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelin es.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong pl us.Management & Methodol ogyProven track record of managing technical teams and driving sprint execution end-to-e nd.Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practic es.Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Projec t).Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong problem-solving capabiliti es.
