Role Description The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and resources, tracking milestones, and addressing risks and issues to keep projects on course. The role involves frequent communication with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

The Project





Manager will also oversee documentation, quality checks, and process improvements to enhance project outcomes. This is a full time, on-site role based in Jodhpur.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of project materials and services.

Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to project requirements.

Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee movement, allocation, and tracking of resources.

Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in software or IT project environments, familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project), and knowledge of agile or hybrid methodologies.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities, along with the capacity to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, are highly valued.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
