The Technical Project Manager II (TPM-II) independently manages moderately complex projectsor multiple related workstreams with minimal oversight. The role owns delivery planning,dependency management, and risk resolution while making informed prioritization andexecution decisions. TPM - II partners closely with Engineering leadership on technical tradeoffs, drives continuous improvements in delivery processes and metrics, and demonstratesreadiness to manage program-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiplerelated technical projects.
- Manage cross-workstream dependencies, critical paths, anddelivery milestones.
- Own risk, issue, and escalation management with minimalsupervision.
- Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes,governance, and program metrics.




- Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate technicaltrade-offs and delivery strategies.
- Coordinate execution across multiple Engineering andcross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- 47 years of experience in technical project or programmanagement, preferably in a SaaS or product-based software company.
- Robust technical understanding of APIs, system integrations,dependencies, and release pipelines.
- Experience with data-driven project reporting, includingvelocity, burndown, and SLA tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, andcross-functional negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Generative AI tools to enhance deliveryefficiency and automate workflows.
- Project Management certification such as PMP, CSM, or anequivalent certification is mandatory.
- MBA is an advantage.
