About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to support project planning, execution, governance, and reporting across multiple software development projects.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Senior Project Managers, customers, and engineering teams to coordinate project activities, understand business and technical requirements, and ensure successful project delivery while adhering to organizational standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Support project planning, scheduling, execution, and release activities.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with customers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Participate in requirement gathering and solution discussions to understand business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release planning, and project governance activities.
- Assist in resource planning, utilization tracking, and project reporting.




- Ensure compliance with PMO processes, documentation standards, and delivery best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and PMO governance.

Required Skills

5+years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or IT Project Delivery.

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software delivery processes.
- Ability to understand technical discussions involving APIs, cloud applications, system integrations, and software architecture.

- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience working with software development teams and managing stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana.

- Solid analytical, organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT Services or Software Product Development.

- Exposure to AI/GenAI, cloud-based applications, or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Confluence, GitHub/GitLab, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Scrum, CAPM, PMP, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Azure Fundamentals certification is an added advantage.
