About The Role We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, custom ERP solutions, integrations, and ISV products. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are executed effectively, aligning technical deliverables with business goals. As a Technical Project Manager at Cloud 9 ERP Solutions, you will own project timelines, coordinate development teams, and communicate directly with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

This is not a role focused solely on coordination; it requires proactive leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In this position, you will translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks, facilitate collaboration between developers and management, and proactively identify and resolve risks. Your leadership will help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet both functional and business expectations.

You will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clarity and confidence throughout the project lifecycle.





Qualifications Proven experience in project management within the software or ERP industry.

Strong technical understanding of APIs, including REST, webhooks, and integrations.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Demonstrated ability to lead client calls and internal discussions confidently.

Ability to challenge developers intelligently and ensure technical feasibility.

Track record of delivering projects successfully, handling ambiguity, and managing evolving requirements.

Exceptional prioritization and decision-making skills.

Strong ownership mentality, responsible for project outcomes, and capable of following through independently.

Experience managing ISV or product-based development projects is highly preferred.

Background in software development or quality assurance (QA) is advantageous.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies in practical environments.

Experience working with US-based teams or clients is a plus.

Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent development projects, including ERP customizations, integrations, and ISV products.

Lead daily and weekly standups, actively removing blockers to maintain momentum.

Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks for development teams.

Collaborate directly with developers and the development manager to validate scope, estimates,



and technical feasibility.

Track project progress using tools such as Smart Sheet, ensuring accountability and transparency.

Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal leadership and clients.

Identify potential risks early, drive resolution, and prevent project delays or scope creep.

Ensure deliverables meet both functional specifications and business expectations.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships through explicit communication and delivery excellence.
