Healthfirst Technologies is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead end-to-end software development projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile practices, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with business, development, QA, and client teams.
- Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Robust knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in healthcare or product-based projects is preferred.
