Location: Hyderabad / Indore/Bangalore Experience: 15–20 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM About The Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 15+ years of overall experience to lead technology projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive successful project and release delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and people management skills, hands-on experience in release management, and a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. The candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, engineering teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage technology projects from planning through execution and release.

Manage, mentor, and guide technical teams while ensuring effective resource utilization and team performance.

Own and drive release management activities, ensuring smooth and timely releases.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Drive project execution using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Facilitate effective communication between business and technology teams.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage project dependencies and delivery timelines.

Ensure effective adoption and execution of CI/CD practices.

Work with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based technology environments.





Identify and address project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.

Ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality expectations are consistently met.

Mandatory

Skills & Experience 15+ years of overall experience in technology/project management.

Strong People Management and Leadership experience.

Proven experience in Release Management.

Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience working closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Good understanding of CI/CD processes and practices.

Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly:

Azure Storage

Azure Key Vault

Azure App Services

Azure Application Insights

Azure Cosmos DB

Good working knowledge of SQL.

Experience with Bicep and Azure infrastructure/deployment practices.

Good to Have Exposure to Machine Learning (ML) projects or environments.

Experience working with Azure ML Workspaces.

Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry.

Exposure to Generative AI (Gen AI) initiatives and technologies.

Educational

Qualifications BE / BTech / BSc / MCA or equivalent qualification.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology leader who combines strong project delivery, people management, release management, and Agile expertise with a good understanding of Azure cloud technologies and CI/CD practices.

Experience with ML, AI, Azure ML, AI Foundry, or Gen AI will be an added advantage.
