We are looking for an analytical and execution-driven Technical Project Analyst to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical delivery, bringing much-needed structure, predictability, and streamlined project management across all our products and client engagements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and functional roadmaps.

Drive end-to-end project management and execution across multiple concurrent SaaS, PaaS, and consulting projects to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

Establish and enforce structured project management frameworks, agile methodologies, and tracking workflows to resolve historical delivery bottlenecks and streamline operations.

Take complete ownership of the product lifecycle documentation, authoring meticulous and comprehensive PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and TRDs (Technical Requirement Documents) aligned with senior engineering standards.

Evaluate client requirements for new consulting engagements and map out technical feasibility, scope, and implementation timelines to create corresponding requirement documents.

Define key project milestones, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies while actively tracking progress using modern project tracking tools.





Act as the primary liaison between technical development teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, alignment on deliverables, and transparent progress reporting.

Monitor product backlogs, sprint planning sessions, and daily stand-ups to unblock engineering teams and track velocity.

Conduct post-project reviews, analyze operational data, and create detailed documentation, metrics dashboards, and performance reports for executive leadership.

Experience Required

7-12 years of professional experience combining technical business analysis and end-to-end project management, specifically working alongside senior engineering teams (8+ years of experience).

Must have a proven history of independently architecting, writing, and maintaining heavy-duty technical documentation including PRDs, BRDs, FRDs, and TRDs for complex software systems.

Proven track record of streamlining chaotic project environments, establishing structured delivery pipelines, and successfully navigating technical pushback from senior developers.

Strong hands-on experience in gathering requirements, writing technical specifications, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments.

Solid technical literacy with a firm understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), SaaS, PaaS, and cloud-based architecture.

Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions effortlessly.

Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms. Good to Have

Prior experience in managing client-facing consulting projects, technical advisory implementations, or professional services in a tech domain.

Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Web3, or DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks).

Certifications in project management or agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP).
