Qualifi cationsR equired4–6 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Software Engineering with significant program own ership.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Robust understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and release mana gement.Good understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and system integr ations.Experience managing cross-functional engineering programs involving multiple teams.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools.Pr eferredExperience in FinTech, Lending, Banking, or Pa yments.Experience working with external partners or enterprise integr ations.Experience managing platform migration or modernization pr ograms.Exposure to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and engineering productivity initi atives.
