Location: Pune / Bangalore

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional enterprise technology programs across SAP, Enterprise IT Systems, Cybersecurity, Digital Platforms, APIs, and Customer Experience (CX).

The role will own end-to-end program delivery—from strategy, planning, governance, execution, deployment, stakeholder management, and operational excellence—ensuring business value is delivered through technology while maintaining security, compliance, and customer experience.

This position requires someone who can work equally well with Business Leaders, SAP Consultants, Enterprise Architects, Cybersecurity teams, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Customer Support, and Executive Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Management

- Own multiple enterprise technology programs simultaneously.
- Define program roadmap, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop integrated project plans across SAP, IT applications, Cybersecurity, APIs, CRM, and Digital platforms.
- Drive weekly governance meetings with all stakeholders.
- Manage dependencies across technology teams.
- Monitor program health using KPI dashboards.
- Escalate risks and blockers proactively.
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

2. SAP Program Management

Lead SAP implementation and enhancement programs including

- SAP S/4 HANA
- SAP ECC
- SAP FICO
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP PP
- SAP PM
- SAP QM
- SAP SuccessFactors
- SAP BTP Integration

Responsibilities include
- Business requirement gathering

3. Enterprise IT Systems

Manage enterprise applications such as

Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives across the organization.

Education & Certifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- ITIL Foundation, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer (preferred)
