Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Operations Executive with experience in Ubuntu and Windows Server administration to support the day-to-day IT infrastructure and operational activities of our CT Scan and MRI diagnostic centers. The candidate will be responsible for managing servers, monitoring PACS, maintaining government portal records, preparing operational reports, and coordinating with multiple centers to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Server Administration

- Monitor and maintain Ubuntu Server on a daily basis.
- Monitor and maintain Windows Server on a daily basis.
- Perform routine server health checks and monitor system performance.
- Troubleshoot server, network, and storage-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, shared folders, and system backups.
- Coordinate with software vendors and IT support teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure server uptime, security updates, and data integrity.

PACS & Imaging Management

- Monitor the daily upload of CT Scan and MRI images to the PACS Server.
- Troubleshoot image upload failures and coordinate with center staff for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper storage and accessibility of imaging data.

Government Portal & Documentation

- Arrange and scan TRF (Test Requisition Form) slips on a monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly invoices as per Government Portal requirements.
- Update and rectify patient and billing information on the portal whenever required.
- Follow up with respective diagnostic centers to obtain signed invoices from the Civil Surgeon.

Reporting & MIS

- Prepare monthly Service Reports in the prescribed format.
- Prepare monthly Quality Reports in the prescribed format.
- Reconcile monthly invoices submitted by radiologists.




- Prepare and submit weekly MIS reports covering:
- Sales
- Outstanding payments
- TRF Slip status
- Invoice status
- Service Reports
- Quality Reports
- PACS image upload status
- Pending operational activities

Coordination

- Coordinate with diagnostic center staff, radiologists, software vendors, and management.
- Ensure all operational and technical activities are completed within defined timelines.
- Provide technical support to users whenever required.

Required Technical Skills

- Good working knowledge of Ubuntu Server administration.
- Good working knowledge of Windows Server administration.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Remote Desktop.
- Knowledge of server backup and restore procedures.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with PACS, DICOM, RIS, or Hospital Information Systems (HIS/DHS) will be preferred.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting, storage devices, and network connectivity.

Educational Qualification

* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Linux (Ubuntu) or Microsoft Windows Server certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Ubuntu/Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Experience in the healthcare, diagnostic, PACS, or hospital IT environment will be preferred.
