Role Description The Technical Marketing Engineer will work full time on-site at Ilios Technology’s Kolkata location, bridging technical solar solutions with market-facing activities. This role involves translating complex product and system features into clear value propositions, creating technical marketing collateral, and supporting sales teams with product demonstrations and technical presentations. The individual will collaborate with engineering and product management teams to gather requirements, understand solution capabilities, and develop content such as brochures, case studies, white papers, and proposals.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market and customer needs, supporting go-to-market plans, responding to technical inquiries from clients,



and ensuring that marketing messaging accurately reflects the technical strengths and performance of Ilios Technology’s solar offerings.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Technical Marketing and Marketing to effectively communicate product value and support go-to-market initiatives.

Candidates should possess skills in Product Management to understand solution lifecycles, gather requirements, and align offerings with customer needs.

Candidates should possess skills in Networking and Network Security to interpret technical infrastructure requirements and address customer questions related to connected solar systems.

Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret technical data, performance metrics, and market trends.

Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to create clear technical content and present to diverse stakeholders.

Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Relevant experience in renewable energy, solar PV systems, or power solutions is highly beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related technical discipline is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
