Role Description The Technical Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem, WV, responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technology and systems that support Wonder Home Finance’s operations. This role involves leading technical teams, coordinating with business stakeholders to define requirements, and ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and compliant with relevant standards.

The Technical

Manager will manage software and infrastructure projects, monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement improvements. Daily activities include reviewing system metrics, prioritizing technical tasks, mentoring team members, documenting processes,



and contributing to technology roadmaps that enhance efficiency and customer experience. The role also includes ensuring that technical solutions align with organizational goals and regulatory guidelines for housing finance.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage projects, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to deliver technology initiatives.
- Strong skills in systems analysis, architecture, and infrastructure management, with experience in maintaining secure and scalable financial or enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, incident management, and performance optimization across applications, databases, and networks.
- Experience working with or overseeing housing finance or financial services technology, including familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (India or global exposure is an advantage).
- Solid understanding of software development practices, SDLC, and integration of third-party tools or platforms; ability to work effectively with engineering and product teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management, cloud, or security are a plus.
- Proven capability to work in office, adapt to a dynamic environment, and maintain a customer-centric approach to technology decisions.
