Key Deliverables:

- Lead technical discussions and onboarding for VOD customers
- Translate delivery specs into actionable implementation requirements
- Oversee deployment and ensure all customer deliverables are tested
- Guide and mentor Implementation Engineers on VOD pipelines

Role Responsibilities:

- Act as technical point of contact for VOD onboarding
- Handle change requests and advise optimal use of Amagi's tools
- Document workflows, automation, and platform specifications
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Engineering to ensure delivery quality
