Experience Required: 10+ years Required Technical Skill Set

- Deep Expertise in JavaEE architecture
- Deep Expertise in cloud-native architecture and DevOps Practices

Experience in Java Application Design and architecture along with up-to-date technologies like Apache Kafka, Container orchestration and microservices architecture.

Experience in Designing, developing and maintaining banking and financial applications.

- AWS/AZURE Exposure

6.

Experience using and developing RESTful APIs using JAX-RS, JSON

- Good understanding of application security related frameworks like OAuth etc

8.

Experience in Databases like Oracle / DB2/PostgreSQL Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

- Knowledge of above-mentioned Technologies
- Prior exposure to Customer-facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST
- Willingness to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding

Experience in Defining and maintaining architecture standards and best practices

- Exposure to Apache Kafka, Deep understanding of DevOps practices and tools along with hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration
- Strong knowledge of cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud native services

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

1.

Defining Technical Solution

Architecture of TCS BaNCS Banking Applications in the area of Core Banking / Payments / Digital Banking / Loan Origination

- Engaging with customers in presenting , defending , enhancing the Technical Solution & Architecture
- Leading a team to deploy TCS BaNCS Banking Applications in the IT Landscape of customers

4.

Designing

Interfaces between TCS BaNCS and other applications using the technology and frameworks

- Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural decisions and implementation strategies
- Develop thought leadership related to technology and architecture in relevance of the domain – Core Banking /Payments/Loan Origination/Digital Banking e.g. architecture for AI in banking etc
- Conducts architecture reviews, code reviews and risk assessments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Coordinates onsite and offshore teams to keep track of deliveries.
- Provide review on critical technical dependencies on the program
- Monitor the gaps and make the right escalation to stakeholders
- Responsible for Lifecycle Management activity for tech stack for TCS BaNCS and also responsible for any technology & Infrastructure upgrade
