Position Title - Technical Lead – Salesforce

Experience - 8+ years

Contract Duration - 6 months

Work Location - Remote

Work Timings - 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with solid hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, solution design, integrations, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce solution design and development.

Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Flows.

Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.

Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.

Support releases, deployments, and production issues.

Lead technical discussions and design reviews.

Required Technical Skills

Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce

SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Triggers





Salesforce security and sharing model

REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON, and XML

Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub, Jira, and VS Code

Azure fundamentals

Python knowledge preferred

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Salesforce Industries/Vlocity

Enterprise integrations

Insurance or Financial Services domain experience

Agile/Scrum methodology

Experience and Leadership Requirements

8–12 years of software development experience

Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience

Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams

Relevant Salesforce certification(s) required
